Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, all personal data processing by Asymetree is based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent as the Data Principal.
- Submitting the contact or partner enquiry form constitutes consent to use your name and email to respond and, where relevant, to forward your enquiry to a counterparty firm.
- Accepting analytics cookies via the cookie banner constitutes consent for Google Analytics data collection. You may decline without loss of access to site content.

Cookies
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function. Set automatically; cannot be disabled without breaking functionality.
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics. Collect anonymised usage statistics. Only placed after you actively consent via the cookie banner. Withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
The cookie consent banner is displayed on your first visit. No non-essential cookies are set before your consent is recorded.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Two types of cross-border transfer may occur:
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage data is processed by Google LLC (USA). Google operates under standard contractual clauses and applicable international data transfer safeguards. No personally identifiable information (IP addresses are anonymised) is transferred.
- Institutional partnership enquiries — if you submit a contact or partnership form expressing interest in a contracting arrangement, your name and email may be shared with the relevant foreign proprietary trading firm for evaluation purposes. This is disclosed at the point of submission and you will be asked to consent to this transfer before your enquiry is forwarded. This transfer is made only to facilitate a B2B institutional arrangement and not for any marketing, advertising, or third-party commercial purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any other third party.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
- Access — request a summary of what personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
- Correction and erasure — request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data no longer necessary for the original purpose.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, with the same ease as consent was given. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing.
- Grievance redressal — file a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see above). If unresolved, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
