The firm is not registered with SEBI as a Portfolio Manager, Investment Adviser, Stock Broker, or any other regulated financial intermediary, and makes no representation of being so.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
